We at Salt In My Cocoa strive to offer you a unique offering of delectable handcrafted couvertures. All our Dark/Milk chocolates & spreads are made in house using Dutch Processed Kerala Cocoa beans, containing at least 25% cocoa butter.
Like the name suggests, our Signature Range comes with a pinch of Himalayan salt.
We specialise in experimenting with natural ingredients using unconventional methods to create a range of chocolate rocks, exotic barks, Premixes and chocolate hazelnut spreads. All our ingredients are natural & minimally processed so as to keep their nutrition & flavours intact.
